Tuk Talks is a 716 biopic featuring our city’s emerging renaissance of creative minds, through a documentary series that will focus on Art, Music, Food/Drink, and Business culture in Buffalo, New York.
The featured interviewee is Phillip Burke is, hands down, one of the most influential artists in the WNY region and is an acclaimed artist throughout the US and internationally. Burke was a longtime featured artist for “Rolling Stone” magazine and his work has also appeared in publications such as “Time,” “Newsweek,” the “New Yorker,” “GQ,” “Sports Illustrated,” the “New York Times,” and “Slate,” just to name a few.
This episode also features Buffalo Legend and Goo Goo Dolls member, Robby Takac, who is one of the subjects in Burke’s Hertel Avenue mural, along with fellow band member, Johnnie Rzeznik. Buckle up and stay tuned!
